About the most elite high school pitch competition in the country.

Hosted by

Ten teams from across Indiana get to compete for $25,000 in seed funding and $10,000 per team member in scholarship funds.

All finalists are invited to travel to Washington DC in June, and will have the opportunity to aquire thousands of dollars in scholarships and enter the STARTedUP alumni program, where they can always stay connected to a vast network of young innovators.

We will be joined by government officials, business leaders, fellow entrepreneurs, educators, and family members.

State Finals Agenda

  • The audience will be welcomed by a representative from Butler University and hear from the CEO of the STARTedUP Foundation, Don Wettrick. In addition, the audience will view videos and be introduced to the judges of the Innovate WithIN State Finals.

  • The first five teams will pitch their concept and/or business idea.

  • Brief Intermission

  • The final five teams in the competition will pitch their business ideas/concepts.

  • Food will be provided as STARTedUP Alumni and each student team showcases their business idea, distributes relevant swag, and presents more details about their idea from a booth.
