Student Accelerator

Empowering Self-Starters

The STARTedUP Foundation kicked off its 2018 incubator/accelerator program by collaboration with the student finalists from the 2018 Innovate WithIN pitch competition. The purpose of this program being to drive students from ideation to implementation while giving them an immersive crash-course in the business world.

Our Approach

Our programming is dedicated to the development of several core areas:

  • Mindset

  • Roadmapping

  • Mentorship/Collaboration

  • Feedback and Iteration

  • Entrepreneurial Immersion

These skills are not only crucial in the for entrepreneurship but also for personal development in the ever-changing economy. Harnessing and applying these skillsets allows our students to bring massive value alongside their enterprising attitudes

Innovate WithIN - 2019

During this year’s Innovate WithIN Immersion Trip, the STARTedUP students had the opportunity to visit the epicenter of Texas commerce in Austin and San Antonio.

Students had the ability to visit and learn form powerhouses like Dell and Google while also being introduced to organizations like Capital Factory, Aceable, Charity Charge, Scribe Media and many others.

Additionally, our students collaborated with those from San Antonio’s CAST Tech High School in a competition organized by Geekdom and the City of San Antonio to rapid prototype solutions to issues that the city encounters.
